Project delivery · UK construction & utilities
Know what is late, what it costs, and what the law needs from you — on every job.
Veystrum puts CDM 2015, the site diary, defects, RFIs, variations, delays, permits and temporary works on one data model, so the foreman's diary, the programme and the board pack cannot disagree — and a statutory duty is never behind a paywall.
- Every price publishedFrom a sole trader to a group, on the pricing page.
- Field users freeForemen and site operatives never cost a seat.
- Duties never paywalledCDM, temporary works, waste, safety and competence on every plan.
- Your data stays yoursA lapsed plan never locks a record; everything exports.
The registers a site actually runs on
Each one is a register with its own rules, and every one reads the same projects, people and dates. The module hub shows each with what is open, so the first screen after sign-in answers "what needs me today".
CDM 2015 Included
Notifiability tested against regulation 6, appointments, the construction phase plan and the F10 — latched when the duty arises.
Site diary Included
Labour, weather and instructions by day, with late entries marked — the evidence a delay claim and CDM both rest on.
Defects and RFIs Included
Raised, answered, made good and verified, with who owes the next move and how late it is.
Variations and delays Included
Instructions priced and agreed; delay events notified with the diary behind them.
Permits and temporary works Included
Permits to work opened and closed; a temporary works register that will not let a load go on an unchecked design.
Waste duty of care Included
Transfer notes and carriers' registrations, kept for as long as the regulations say.
Street works Module
NRSWA permits, reinstatement and the section 74 overrun charge that accrues per day.
Procurement and reports Included
Long-lead items with order-by dates, and progress reports drafted from the registers.
How it works
Three steps from the pricing page to a live project.
Choose a plan
Pick the plan and term on the pricing page, or talk to us and we set your organisation up at the published price.
Set up the job
Create the project, answer the CDM notifiability questions, and add the programme or import it from a CSV.
Bring the site in
Invite the foreman and the site team — field users are free on every plan — and the diary starts filling the registers.
Governance is built in, not configured on
An administrator who can read every project is a master key with a job title.
- Two boundaries, not one Tenancy keeps organisations apart. Inside an organisation, a second boundary keeps administrators out of project content — they manage configuration, and configuration is not content.
- A subsidiary is not a folder Content, and the project list itself, are scoped to the legal entity. A parent company does not inherit access to a subsidiary's work.
- Break-glass, and only break-glass An administrator who genuinely needs project content requests it in writing, a second person approves it, it expires, and it can be revoked before it does.
- The audit log cannot be edited Not by convention — by revoked privilege.
Critical path and earned value on one network
Typed dependencies with lag, working calendars and a forward and backward pass. Progress is stored as claimed and as verified, and both sets of indices are shown side by side — a project reporting 1.80 on what the site says and 0.60 on what was checked has a reporting problem, and averaging it away hides it.
Questions people ask first
Can I start without a card?
Yes. Create a Free workspace for one user and one project, with no card required. Compare the paid plans when you need more capacity. Field contributors and external reviewers do not count as paid seats on paid plans.
Do site users cost a seat?
No. Field contributors and external reviewers are free and unlimited on every plan, because the site diary is where CDM notifiability and the evidence for a delay claim come from.
Is CDM 2015 an add-on?
Never. CDM 2015, temporary works, waste duty of care, safety incidents and competence are included on every plan and cannot be bought separately, because each records that a duty arose.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. The organisation drops to the smallest plan, every record stays readable, and every register exports.
