What it costs, in full
Every plan and every module has a price on this page, including the largest one. There is nothing here that is only available by asking, because there is nothing left to quote — the seats, the projects and the modules are all written down, so a private number would only mean two customers paying differently for the same thing. Free includes one user and one project, with no card required.
$ USD checkout
Prices in US dollars are shown for information. Checkout in US dollars is not open yet, so each button pays the GBP price written on it, in pounds sterling; your card issuer converts it and may add a foreign-transaction fee. Nothing is charged in a currency you did not choose.

A limit gates growth, never custody. An organisation past its plan keeps every record readable and editable — only the act that would add another seat or project is refused, and the refusal names the number and the way out. Nobody is ever locked out of their own data over a subscription.
Six things that are sold separately
Each one is genuinely optional for a whole class of customer. A housebuilder never opens the highway; a jobbing builder on a two-page contract has no use for clause extraction. Modules take the same term discount as the plan.
| Module | What it is | When it lapses | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Street works A housebuilder never opens the highway. A utilities contractor needs little else as much. |
NRSWA permits, reinstatement guarantees, and the section 74 overrun charge that accrues per day. | Everything already recorded stays readable. Only adding something new is refused. | $105.78 |
| Assistant It has a real marginal cost per use, so it does not belong inside a flat fee. |
The drafting layer, which proposes and never commits. | Everything already recorded stays readable. Only adding something new is refused. | $81.18 |
| Single sign-on and directory sync Only an organisation with a directory can use one. |
SAML or OIDC against your own provider, and members created and removed from your directory. | Everything already recorded stays readable. Only adding something new is refused. | $154.98 |
| API and outbound webhooks An integration is a project somebody staffs, not a checkbox. |
Programmatic access, and notifications delivered to your own systems. | Everything already recorded stays readable. Only adding something new is refused. | $105.78 |
| Claims Intelligence A jobbing builder on a two-page contract has no use for clause extraction. A main contractor on a schedule of amendments has little else that matters as much. |
The contract read into rules, a notice clock that cannot quietly move, and the evidence for each event gathered as it happens rather than reconstructed eighteen months later. | Everything already recorded stays readable. Only adding something new is refused. | $310.78 |
| Extended audit retention Most organisations are content with the default; the ones that are not have a regulator who said so. |
The audit trail kept beyond the default window. | New records take the default six-year window. Nothing already kept is deleted. | $48.38 |
Five things you cannot buy, because they are already included
Every one of these records that a statutory duty arose. A CDM page that is dark because a module went unbought belongs to a project that is unnotified, and the customer would be right to say the software did that.
cdm · temporary works · waste · safety incidents · competence — included on every plan, at every price on this page, permanently. This is not a current packaging decision; it is the one thing in the product that is not for sale.
Prices in USD, excluding any applicable taxes. Shown from the live catalogue, and checkout reads the price back from the payment provider before it sends anybody to pay — if the two ever disagreed, checkout refuses rather than charging a price you were not shown.
