The service

Veystrum is a project delivery platform for construction and utilities work, provided by Veystrum, a Globixera company. By creating an organisation or paying for a plan you agree to these terms on behalf of that organisation. Veystrum drafts and organises information; the people in your organisation remain responsible for decisions, approvals and statutory duties.

Subscription

Paid plans are subscriptions for the term you choose at checkout (monthly, annual or two years). Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added where it applies. Your plan limits (seats, projects and modules) are those shown for the plan you bought.

Automatic renewal

Renews automatically every term until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the card on file at the price of your plan at that time. We will not change the price of a term you have already paid for.

Cancellation

Cancel any time in Billing (use “Manage the card and invoices”). Access continues to the end of the paid period, after which the organisation moves to the smallest plan, which still reads and exports your data. Cancelling does not delete your data.

No refunds

Fees are non-refundable, and we do not give credits for part of a period, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

Your data

You own your project data. How it is handled, including AI subprocessors, is described in the privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another organisation’s data, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend an account that does.

Liability

The service is provided as described and we take reasonable care in running it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
